2013 SAG Awards Jewelry

Awards season is in full swing and just this past weekend was the 2013 SAG Awards. The show found celebrities from television and movies coming together to celebrate the year in entertainment. This year’s show was star packed with some of our favorite red carpet leading ladies and gents. The styles on the carpet were as stunning as ever and included dark colors, prints, and edgy gowns. The jewelry look was mostly diamonds, with a lot of ladies donning necklaces. Ever since Jessica Alba debuted that head-turning 5 million-dollar necklace at the Golden Globes, we knew stylists would be scrambling to top that piece.

Jessica Chastain and Marion Cotillard made stunning attempts with their necklaces. Jessica wore an orange gown and complemented it with a two-stranded diamond necklace, which featured a unique design that had a few center rows of dangling diamonds. The piece definitely made a statement on the red carpet, along with her gorgeous gown. Marion wore a beautiful two-tone Dior gown that was absolutely beautiful. It was one of our favorite looks and our pick for SAG Awards best dressed; it was made more captivating with the necklace she chose to wear with it. The necklace featured a cluster of diamonds, which was probably on a platinum setting. We hope these necklace looks on the SAG red carpet are just a preview of what’s to come at the Academy Awards red carpet.

The always-fashionable Jennifer Lawrence looked absolutely beautiful in blue at the 2013 SAG Awards red carpet. Jennifer won the award for Female Actor in a Leading Role. Her award-winning look also included a breathtaking necklace featuring a diamond drop center. She also wore a pair of sparkling diamond stud earrings. The necklace was definitely the focal point of her look and you can see why. The necklace featured diamonds around the platinum setting, ending with a large dangling diamond drop center. You don’t have to be Hollywood’s most rising star to enjoy a luxurious necklace like Jennifer! Our faux version of Jennifer’s necklace is an exquisite piece that has major WOW factor. While necklaces were definitely some of our favorite SAG Awards jewelry, we also loved the earring looks from Viola Davis, Katrina Bowden, and Sarah Hyland. Julianne Moore had quite the accessories with cluster earrings, bracelets, and rings to match. She looked classy and graceful accepting her award for Female Actor in a Television Movie or Miniseries, in a white floral print dress.
