One of ABC’s hottest shows, Dancing with the Stars, has an all new cast that’s ready to put on some dancing shoes. If you’ve never watched the show, this season is the perfect time to start! It’s full of faces that you’re sure to recognize, including three real life couples that should have some major sparks flying. Check out the cast below…

Jewel & Ty Murray

Jewel stole our hearts with her song “Who Will Save Your Soul”. Before that, she spent some time singing in coffee houses down in San Diego – the home of Emitations.com! Jewel will be appearing with her husband, rodeo champion Ty Murray.  Things might get heated as these two spouses have to go to head to head against each other!

Chuck Wicks & Julianne Hough

Chuck has only been on the country music scene for a few years now, but he’s already making himself known. His single “Stealing Cinderella” was the biggest debut for any country artist in 2007, and it was the fastest rising single for a new country act that year. Chuck will be dancing with his girlfriend, Dancing with the Stars two time champion (and new country singer) Julianne Hough.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy & Karina Smirnoff

These two aren’t celebrity contestants – they’re regular professional dancers on the show. They make up the third couple on this season, though, so we had to include them! This ultra-hot duo recently celebrated their relationship with a dazzling Harry Winston diamond engagement ring. Let’s hope dancing with other stars doesn’t lead them astray!

David Alan Grier

The couples aren’t the only exciting dancers to watch – we can’t wait to see funny man David Alan Grier take to the stage! You’ve seen him in various comedy shows and movies, but he is most well known for his roles on the ground breaking sketch comedy show In Living Color. No word yet as to whether his “Men on Film” character, flamboyent Antoine Merriweather, will make an appearance…

Nancy O’Dell

Former sorority president and Miss America contender Nancy O’Dell has made a name for herself as a premiere spokeswoman, hosting shows like Access Hollywood and the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants. She has become a fixture on red carpet shows and post-award show specials, and she’s also had minor roles in several films and TV shows. Will she be able to resist adding her own commentary?

Steve Wozniak

Back in the day, Apple was founded by two Steves – Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. These two were responsible for a large part of the personal computer revolution, but eventually Steve Wozniak went his own way. Since then, he has dated comedienne Kathy Griffin, and even appeared on her My Life on the D-List show. Does this technological genius have what it takes to hit the stage?

Lil Kim

Few female performers are as notorious as Lil Kim – her second platinum album was even titled “The Notorious K.I.M.” Kim paid homage to her late mentor/lover, Notorious B.I.G., with her album, and rocked the charts. Since then, the scandalous rapper has gone from winning awards to doing time in jail, and now she’s about to hit the stage. Will she continue to wear risque clothes when she dances?

Gilles Marini

We’ve only seen Giles in one movie, but that one was enough! Giles was the scene stealing neighbor that Samantha snuck glances at in Sex and the City: The Movie. Yes ladies, Giles is that guy – the naked one! He’s also had roles on soap operas, and big shows like Ugly Betty and Criminal Minds, but honestly, we can’t remember much beyond his oh-so-Sexy performance…

Shawn Johnson

17 year old Shawn Johnson is the youngest ever contestant on Dancing with the Stars, and she’s also a gold medal Olympic gymnast! She has won both individual and team medals, and became one of the sweetheart ingenues of the American gymnastics team. Will her age impact her performance, or will her gymnastics training lead her to another victory?

Steve-O

Steve-O made a unique name for himself, as Johnny Knoxville’s risk taking buddy on the MTV show Jackass. He went on to take part in the follow up show Wildboyz, as well as the Jackass movies. Steve-O doesn’t shy away from dangerous stunts, crazy antics, or extreme behavior, so he should keep things very interesting on set!

Denise Richards

Denise got her big break with a seductive role in the cult classic movie Wild Things in 1998. From there, she went on to play Bond Girl “Christmas Jones” in the 1999 Bond movie The World is Not Enough. Since then, she has been more famous for her reality show Denise Richards: It’s Complicated, which showcased her and her two daughters.

Lawrence Taylor

Lawrence Taylor, aka “L.T.”, is a retired Hall of Fame football player. He was an NFL linebacker for the New York Giants, and has been praised across the board for his legendary defensive skills. Since leaving football, this MVP has appeared in films, video games, and cable shows. Will his athletic prowess help him on the dance floor, or will his brute strength prove a hindrance? Time will tell!

Belinda Carlisle

Belinda Carlisle got her start in the hit band The Go-Go’s, which was the first all female band in rock history to achieve a #1 album. After that, Belinda broke out on her own with hit singles like “Heaven is a Place on Earth” and “I Get Weak”. This isn’t her first reality television appearance, though – she was a judge on the MTV show Rock the Cradle.
