Stylist Rachel Zoe has often been cited as the reason so many starlets have become so stick thin in the last few years – and accusation she wholeheartedly denies. Though for her recent cover of Harper’s Bazaar they had to Photoshop her from a size 0 to a size 8. And she admits eating isn’t exactly on the top – or the bottom – of her to do list.

Rachel Zoe admits eating doesn’t always make her daily agenda. “I’m a textbook definition of that perfectionist girl who has huge expectations of herself,” she says in the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar. “It’s hard for me to take care of myself, let’s put it that way. I am my last priority.”

When she’s working on her own, she says it’ll sometimes be 7 p.m. and she’s only “had coffee and a grapefruit” all day. Zoe, 37 — who was retouched from a size 0 to a size 8 for the magazine — says “it’s not that I don’t eat. I eat.” She just doesn’t always have the time. Asked if she eats lunch, she replied: “Truth? I don’t. I’m not a lady who lunches; it’s a lull in the day.”

She says she doesn’t get why she was to blame for celebs being too skinny. “We’ve had Audrey Hepburn, we’ve had Twiggy, we’ve had Veruschka, we’ve had Kate Moss,” she says. “I’m trying to figure out why I am to blame for skinniness… Truthfully, I’ve never seen myself as being too thin,” she adds. “Sometimes I’ll look at photos and be like, ‘Oh, that’s not a good look.’ But generally speaking, I’m not too thin.”

Look at this picture of her with some of Hollywood’s celebutantes – the combined weight of those women must be about 100 pounds, max! That’s just not healthy…

TMZ reports that Nicole Richie was involved in a bit of scuffle in Vegas over the weekend. Supposedly, Nicole was outside the Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas, where she had an altercation with another woman who was waiting in line. TMZ‘s sources say that Nicole had been partying with the Good Charlotte guys, and she got so out of control that security had to escort her off the premises. Nicole’s rep was quick to respond, though, and the following statement was issued:

“She was in Vegas but there wasn’t an altercation of any kind involving her.”

Nicole is so tiny, it’s hard to imagine her attempting to throw down with anyone. But, you just never know with these celebutantes. Given the leaf she turned over with baby Harlow, we’re guessing this is just a rumor…

The photos show the privileged 20-somethings having a good time in a spacious house with their friends, looking drunk and playing with a piñata. Most of them are wearing plaid and it seems like it’s the theme of the night and could be a pajama party.

Nicole Richie holds up a bottle of water in one picture so it’s possible she was pregnant with little Harlow at that point. Harlow was born January 11, which would mean she was pregnant starting in May, 2007. Max Snow and Mary Kate Olsen broke up sometime in the early fall of last year. ”

And you thought celebrity parties were all about the red carpets and the Vegas clubs!

Joel Madden blogged on Saturday, saying “WE DID IT!! NICOLE AND I FINALLY GOT MARRIED!! CHECK OUT MY BLOG FOR A PICTURE OF ME AND MY BEAUTIFUL BRIDE. ALL I CAN SAY IS I AM SO VERY HAPPY……. ”

Did proud parents Joel and Nicole tie the knot? Joel’s blog certainly made it seem that way! When visitors clicked to few pictures, though, they were taken to only two images. One was a gorgeous black and white shot of a wedding cake, and the next….well, it was a pair of newly wed gorillas. Obviously NOT the nuptial pics everyone was hoping for! Joel elaborated in his entry:

“HAHA. JUST KIDDING.
So i feel really stupid even posting this, but i’ve been getting calls and texts from my family all week asking me why they weren’t invited to my wedding. I guess the only answer i could give them was that i didnt know we were having one. So i just found out that star magazine wrote some story about a 2 MILLION dollar wedding we are supposed to be having, and thats where it came from. Sooooo if you were pissed at me for not inviting you or even telling you, dont blame me, theres nothing to worry about. Its just star magazine. How long do you think it will be before they write we called it off, or we broke up? i give them a week or two…… ”

Were you fooled? For a minute we certainly were!

Young Hollywood Gets Hitched – Scarlett’s Engagement Ring & More!

When 2007 ended, we thought that might see a break from all the baby bumps. We were wrong, though, and the proof is in the pregnant stars! The trend for 2008 has shown our favorite young stars in the family way. It started with Christina Aguilera and Nicole Richie, who delivered in the same hospital on nearly the same day. Then came Jessica Alba, Jamie-Lynn Spears, and possibly Ashlee Simpson.With bundles of joy on the way, many of these starlets saw fit to get hitched – or at least rock some serious engagement bling.

Now, Scarlett Johansson is sporting a traditional rock on her left hand. Time will tell if this means a bun in the oven for her and Ryan Reynolds, but (despite the trend) we suspect not. Either way, we’re completely jealous of her dazzling diamond! The simple ring features a generous diamond centered on a band of classic gold. What could be better for a classic beauty like Scarlett?

Scarlett Johansson’s engagement ring, lovely as it may be, is no match (carat-wise) for the others on our list. Jessica Alba’s engagement ring has a huge cushion cut stone surrounded by pave diamonds, and Ashlee Simpson’s engagement ring sports a similar design. These girls don’t shy away from sparkle, that’s for sure!

Christina was married long before the baby, but the Christina Aguilera engagement ring features a vintage design that we’re still drooling over. Nicole and her baby’s daddy haven’t tied the knot yet, but who could forget the infamous DJ AM/Nicole Richie Engagement Ring? Somehow we’re guessing that motherhood might tone down her taste, and she might be looking for a unique – but less pink! – ring this time around.

Finally, we can’t forget Jamie-Lynn Spears. She’s handled media attention and family drama better than her mom and big sister, and is now aiming to settle down with hubby to be Casey. The Jamie-Lynn engagement ring is the most unique of the bunch, with a dramatic marquise cut diamond that commands attention. She’s been seen sans ring recently, but we suspect that’s just because her pregnancy made the fit a bit snug.
